When will I get my product ?
It depends on where you are. We take 1/2 days to process your order and. Orders processed will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

Our offices are located in France. Our international warehouse is located in USA, EU & China.
There are some items missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question at hello@liroxa.com. We will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. What takes so much time?
