How to use ?
1. Go with your regular brushing of teeth.
2. Apply an even layer of 0.25 ml of gel to both upper and lower mouth tray for a total of 0.5 ml.
3. Place the mouthpiece securely over your teeth, then turn on the whitening lamp.
4. After a ten minute interval, an alert will sound. Quickly discard and rinse your mouth.
5. Refrain from consuming any food or beverage for a span of 1-2 hours after your treatment.
Approximately how much teeth whitening gel should I use?
Teeth Whitening Gel should be dispensed evenly across the upper and lower halves of the tray. Apply an even layer of 0.25 ml of gel to both the upper and lower surfaces of the mouth tray for a total of 0.5 ml.. Avoid using more than the recommended amount because doing so may irritate your gums and not produce any further benefits.
What to do if you think the mouth tray doesn't fit properly?
Make sure the mouth tray fits comfortably before your first use. If required, use scissors to trim away a small amount of material from both ends of the mouth tray.
How may gum irritation be avoided?
To minimize gum irritation, lift your upper and lower lip after inserting the mouth tray to check for excess gel. Use a cotton swab to gently clean any extra gel from your gums.
Can tooth sensitivity be lessened?
To reduce tooth sensitivity, a blue remineralizing gel is supplied in your package to help you combat this issue. Use the blue remineralizing gel to desensitize your teeth.
Can I eat after treatment ?
Refrain from consuming any food or beverage for a span of 1-2 hours after your treatment.
